Location is great, and the staff is very helpful and friendly. Other guests kinda felt like family, chatty and sweet, in the walkways, and waiting for coffee to brew in the breakfast room. Coffee is provided in the room, but that's never enough for me 😴. Fridge worked great.A/C blows cold. Linens were stained but smelled clean.Nice hot water with good pressure. Bed was very comfortable. The room smelled very clean, considering I booked a smoking room. Nice Mexican restraunt practicly in the same lot with good breakfast. Overall, I would recommend.

Everything! The rooms were nice, clean and roomie. The pool was amazing. They also had a spot to do laundry and bbq.

Breakfast was fine. Nice selection for a small hotel. One of their greatest assets was Kristin, who was at the front desk when I both checked in and out. She was helpful answering the questions I had with honest answers. I used to work in hotels and that is something I love. Property looks older, but great remodeling of the rooms!!

I was impressed at the breakfast for such a small place! The staff was all extremely friendly and helpful, it was easy to get to, it was clean! Yes, it's dated, but for a small town and for this price we were very pleased!

Just my go to spot when I'm in yoakum. Place is always clean. Owner is cool as a fan and always make sure things are in order.

The room was very clean with great attention to detail. The property has so much space around, you can say good night to the cows and wake up with the sun.

The beds are very comfortable. Usually everything is very clean. The floors needed to be swept this time. They were gritty with dirt. Everything else was great. The staff are always very polite and helpful.
